Developmental PsychologyDevelopmental psychology is the scientific study of how our behavior and psychological processes change as we pass through different life stages. In this topic, we will be looking at cognitive, social, and identity development from infancy through adulthood, with special attention paid to cultural variations and case studies.

Simple Experimental StudyAs our capstone project, students will work individually or in pairs to conduct a simple experimental study and to produce a report of their study. In this study, students will manipulate a single independent variable and measurethe effect of this independent variable on a dependent variable, while controlling other variables (no electroshock equipment will be permitted).
